Akron Innovations delivers work for the client who commissioned it. Original strategies, documentation, models, and solutions created for an engagement belong to that client, subject to its agreement and any third-party licenses. The client may use, change, and distribute that work as needed.
We organize each engagement around the problem being addressed. Business and technical considerations are reviewed together, with the client’s people involved in decisions that affect their organization. Our responsibility is to make the work relevant to their operations and usable after the engagement ends.
Before delivery, we review our work for applicable laws, regulations, and responsible AI concerns. We state known issues plainly and treat compliance and ethics as part of the work. The client receives work it can own, understand, and use responsibly, with decisions documented and known obligations made clear.
